ICE BATH WORKSHOP

Ever wondered what really happens to your body when you step into an ice bath? Whether you're a complete beginner, a regular cold dipper, an athlete looking to improve recovery, or preparing for winter swimming, this workshop is for you!

Led by Fenwick Ridley (AKA IceViking), Team GB Ice Swimming Captain, Cold Water Specialist and qualified Sauna Master, this immersive two-hour workshop takes you beyond simply sitting in cold water.

We'll explore the science behind cold exposure, how your body and mind respond, the potential benefits for mental wellbeing and physical recovery, how to build cold tolerance, and most importantly, how to ice bath safely and effectively. You'll also discover when cold immersion can be beneficial — and when it might actually work against your training goals.

Combining engaging classroom learning with hands-on practical experience using multiple professional Brass Monkey ice baths, you'll leave with greater knowledge, confidence and an understanding of how to make cold exposure work for you.

No experience necessary. No pressure to plunge. Just real science, professional guidance and practical skills you can take away.
