Our Sauna Experiences
Sauna Barrel & Lake Dip - Our main sauna experience
Sauna barrel and lake dip sessions are a one-hour outdoor experience, alternating ten minutes in the glorious warmth of our barrel sauna with refreshing dips in the lake. Enjoy several rounds of hot and cold, with guidance available and Viking music often setting the mood.
Fire & Ice
Fire & Ice sessions combine the glorious warmth of our beautiful barrel sauna with the invigorating cold of our unique ice bath trailer, featuring Brass Monkey ice bath technology. Experience an ice dip below 5°C and discover the powerful contrast between fire and ice—a chance to find your focus, explore your strength and immerse yourself in the experience.
Drum & Burn
Drum & Burn sessions are a special guided sauna experience, combining the warmth of the sauna and a lake dip with the deep, resonant rhythm of the drum. Bring a small note—a wish, a thought to let go of, or something ready to be transformed—which we’ll place together in a wooden box and burn in a shared ritual. Held in the stillness of the evening, it’s a chance to reset, release and reconnect.
Northumbrian Sauna has been a super popular Wellness setup since 2023. We specialize in sauna therapy, which has been shown to have numerous benefits for both the mind and body. Our sauna sessions are designed to help you relax, detoxify, and improve your overall well-being.
All Sauna sessions are delivered by Sauna Master Fenwick Ridley AKA Ice Viking.
