Booking

All sauna sessions must be booked in advance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Bookings are for a specific date and time and cannot be guaranteed outside of this slot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change, so we ask for a little notice to help us manage sessions smoothly.

48 hours’ notice or more
You may cancel for a full refund or choose to reschedule your session to another available date. -
Less than 48 hours’ notice
As sessions involve preparation, staffing, and setup, we’re unable to offer a refund for late cancellations, we also may not be able to fill the slots. -
No-shows
If you do not attend your session and haven’t contacted us in advance, no refund or reschedule will be available.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.

After 30 minutes past the start time we are unable to allow people to join to minimise disruption.

Late arrivals may miss part or all of their session, and sessions cannot be extended to make up lost time.

Missed time due to lateness is non-refundable.
