Drum & Burn: An Evening of Release and Renewal In this special guided sauna experience, you’ll be gently led into the water by the deep, resonant rhythm of the drum—setting the tone for a powerful evening of reflection, release, and connection. Each participant is invited to bring a small note: a wish, a thought to let go of, or something ready to be transformed. Together, we’ll place these notes into a wooden box and burn them, allowing the fire to carry away what no longer serves us Or what we need to set on fire.
